Honors College New Student Launch, 2-6pm
Social Sciences, Room 100
Honors students, kick off the academic year with a welcome from the Dean, followed by small group discussions of the Common Reading with faculty, staff and fellow students around the topic of memory, and exploration of the hidden treasures of the campus. Then enjoy refreshments and music at Slonaker House where you can chat with Honors College staff, pick up your first-year experience passports, and learn about clubs, groups and activities of special interest to Honors students. Annual Residence Hall Association Block Party, 6 – 10pm
