The Arizona Student Unions offer a variety of meeting rooms, banquet facilities, and conference spaces in the Student Union Memorial Center (SUMC) and Park Student Union. Room reservations and catering orders can be arranged by contacting the Event Planning Office at (520) 621-1414 or by visiting us on the 3rd floor of the SUMC. Our office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The new facilities in the Student Union Memorial Center and Park Student Union are available for use by students, UA departments, colleges, nonprofit organizations and commercial businesses. The space in the Student Unions is an ideal setting for meetings, conferences, special events, and other activities due to its central location on campus, catering services, and amenities.
Whether you are coordinating a week-long conference or scheduling a weekly meeting, we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Contact our Event Planning Office and we can begin working with you to plan an incredible event.

| ROOM CHARGES
Clients ordering a Full Service catered meal will have 50% of their room charges waived for the room where the meal takes place. Events such as reception packages, refreshment orders, box lunches and continental breakfasts do not constitute a Full Service meal, and standard room charges apply for these types of catered events.
