Description:

Sets up and replenishes serving lines and serves customers in food service units.
Gathers hot and cold foods for service line and serves to customers.
Performs food preparation tasks such as salad making.
Clean and process fruits and vegetables in preparation for various salads.
Scrapes and sorts dirty dishes.
Maintains cleanliness of restaurant; sweeps, mops floors.
Operates and cleans food service equipment.
Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work area.
