The tremendously popular Core restaurant has germinated! On Monday, March 2, Core will sprout in a brand new location: the Park Student Union (PSU), serving an entirely different area of campus.

At the PSU Core, you can customize your own salad, and try something new! Customize your own quesadilla: with three different tortillas – plain, whole wheat, and tomato basil. Of course, your salad is made fresh and exactly as you like it, with tons of combos in both locations. From avocado to red peppers, albacore tuna to baked tofu, dried cranberries to carrots, spinach to romaine, there are literally billions of possible ways to have a salad – and now a quesadilla! – made at Core.
