Nominators are urged to review the Awards criteria carefully and to be as concise as possible in completing the form. The selection committee will place particular emphasis of quality on the areas previously specified.
Please submit online or return completed form, including essay, to Center for Student Involvement & Leadership in the Student Union Memorial Center, Room 404. All nominations are due by March 1, 2007 at 5:00 PM.
