• How has the nominee’s involvement in and contribution to the University and/or Tucson community been accomplished through diverse activities? Nominees should hold initial leadership positions in some of these activities.
• How does the nominee foster an innovative and creative approach to activities among groups of individuals? This may include the impact made thus far by the individual, or an example of how processes have been improved by the individual.
• Give an example to demonstrate how individual growth has occurred. How did that growth assist the candidate in becoming an informed, responsible, and productive community member?
• Describe how the nominee is committed to building positive relationships with faculty, staff, and peer groups.
