Presented to a University of Arizona Recognized Student Club or Organization or an ASUA/GPSC program/service for conceiving, planning, and implementing an outstanding program that demonstrates collaboration, diversity, development, leadership and relevance to important issues for college students.

additional eligibility criteria:

 Program may not be submitted for any other award

application information:

 Complete Nomination Form

 Along with the application please submit no more than two typed pages explaining how the program demonstrated collaboration, diversity, leadership and relevance to important issues for college students. Key points to address may include, but are not limited to:

• What was the purpose and intended outcome of the program?

• A description of the event, including how it was you planned and organized, so that a person who was not present could understand how the program fostered cooperation among other groups or individuals.

• Describe the methods of publicity utilized (posters, newspaper ads, etc.). Enclose any examples to supplement the nomination/application.

• Describe how this event assisted its participants (either program planners and/or program participants) in becoming informed, responsible, productive community members.

• Describe specifically how the program improved the quality of campus life.
