Presented to a University of Arizona Recognized Student Club or Organization or an ASUA/GPSC program/service, for conceiving, planning, and implementing a program which promotes the celebration and understanding of multiculturalism/diversity.

 Complete Nomination Form

 Please describe this program in no more than two typed pages in length. Key points may include, but are not limited to:

• What was the purpose and intended outcome of the program?

• Please describe the event as fully as possible, including the planning and organization process utilized, so that a person who was not present could understand how the program fostered cooperation among other groups or individuals.

• Please describe the methods of publicity utilized (posters, newspaper ads, etc.).

• You may enclose hard copy examples to supplement the nomination/application (no video tape).

• Describe how this event assisted its participants (either program planners and/or program participants) in becoming informed, responsible, productive community members.

• Describe specifically how the program improved the quality of campus life and promoted the celebration and understanding of multiculturalism/diversity.
