Resume Experience. Does your resume leave something to be desired? Do you want to stand out to prospective scholarship committees or employers? By completing an ATLAS Certificate, you not only gain an edge with your resume, you also gain valuable experience you can actually use!

Fits Into Your Schedule. Are you already super-involved? Do you only have a few times that you could fit something into your busy schedule? No problem! The ATLAS events are designed so that if you can attend one workshop in a series, the rest of the workshops you need for your certificate will be on the same day of the week and the same time of day.

Professional Development. Are you looking to increase understanding or hone skills you use for your job? Would you like an opportunity to expand your knowledge in a diverse setting including students? The ATLAS program is available for faculty and staff as well! Please check with your supervisor if you are receiving professional development credit for your attendance, but all are welcome.

Custom Track. Do you want to design your own certificate? Do you want to pick and choose which workshops to attend? No problem! With our Leadership Enrichment Certificate, you choose each workshop you want to attend! Aren’t sure which ones would best suit your needs and goals? No sweat! ATLAS has qualified mentors to help you discover which workshops best fit your leadership needs, goals, and your schedule.

Networking. Do you want to find others who share similar interests and beliefs? By attending a workshop series in one of our tracks, you can meet others with similar beliefs and discuss important issues with others who care.
