Level 2
PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP
Attend workshops on Diversity, Values, Conflict, Ethics, and Personal Leadership Styles. Complete a Leadership Portfolio.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND APPLICATION
Attend workshops on Facilitation, Goal Setting, Time Management, Effective Communication, and Public Speaking. Complete a Leadership Portfolio.
DISABILITY LEADERSHIP
Attend two workshops on Disability Awareness, and one on Identity Formation, Personal Leadership Styles, and Diversity. Complete a Leadership Portfolio.
LEADERSHIP AND WELLNESS
Attend workshops on Emotional, Spiritual, Environmental, Occupational, and Physical Wellness. Complete a Leadership Portfolio.
Only a $10 administrative fee for any Level 2 Certification
Level 3
ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Attend workshops on Team/Group Dynamics, Integrity, Organizational Change, Mission/Vision, Decision Making/Problem Solving, Diversity, and Coaching/Motivating others. Participate in a facilitation experience, community serice and complete a Leadership Portfolio, including the DISCOVER Career assessment.
SERVICE LEADERSHIP
Attend workshops on Understanding the Community, Root Causes of Social Need; Activism, Advocacy, and Social Movements; Integrating Service into your Everyday Life; Civic Responsibility; Vocations in Service Leadership; and Creating Social Change. Participate in a social change experience, community service and complete a Leadership Portfolio, including the DISCOVER Career assessment.
SOCIAL JUSTICE LEADERSHIP
Attend workshops on Social Justice 101, Privilege, Opression, Stereotypes, Social Identities, Current Issues in Social Justice, and Being a Change Agent/Ally/Advocate. Participate in a social justive reflection experience, community service, and complete a Leadership Portfolio, including the DISCOVER Career assessment.
