Our Student Union staff is ready to serve small private lunches, large served or buffet style banquets, BBQs, and special receptions. Our delivery staff can bring refreshments, hors d?oeuvres, and meals straight to your office. Or if you prefer to dine in the Student Union Memorial Center or Park Student Union, we cater in the room you choose.

We offer many different menus, or you may choose to work with our Catering Sales Staff to create your own unique meal. A specialty dessert or additional appetizer or hors d’oeuvres may be chosen to enhance your menu. If you only need to serve refreshments for a meeting, feel free to choose any of our break menus or to create your own a la carte selection.

In addition to providing tempting food and professional service, we can help you to coordinate other aspects of your event. We offer a large color assortment of napkins, tablecloths, and overlays. And buffet decorations, mirror tiles, bud vases, and votive candles are just a start to enhancing the meal.
